One steer is divided into eight units. A share is a one-time purchase of part of one specific, named animal.
USDA-inspected harvest, dry-aging, cutting, vacuum-sealing and freezing — included in the flat share price.
Hand-delivery in Greater Austin and Dallas-Fort Worth; ranch pickup in Georgetown, TX. We do not ship beef.
