- Is this a subscription?
- No. A Harvest Box is a one-time purchase. Nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel.
- Can I choose my cuts?
- No — cuts are the ranch's pick, and contents vary by steer. If you want to choose your own cuts, claim a share and fill out a custom cut sheet.
- How do I get it?
- Choose ranch pickup in Georgetown or hand delivery when you check out. Every box is vacuum-sealed and frozen.
- Is it the same beef as a share?
- Yes. It comes from the same 100% grass-fed Wagyu steer as that harvest's shares, USDA-inspected processing included.
