Your options for Wagyu near you

In Central Texas you can usually find Wagyu three ways: at a grocery meat counter, at a specialty butcher, or direct from a ranch. Grocery and butcher cases sell individual cuts, often without telling you which farm or animal they came from.

Buying from the ranch means you know the animal. Every Long Road Ranch share is a claim on one specific, named steer raised on our pasture in Georgetown, with its harvest date listed before you buy.

Where was it processed? Ours is harvested and processed under USDA inspection, then dry-aged, vacuum-sealed and frozen.

Which ranch and which animal? On our site every steer has its own page with its name, harvest date and how many units are left.
