One steer. Eight units. Yours by the share.
We raise a limited number of 100% grass-fed, grass-finished Wagyu steers in Georgetown, Texas. You claim a share of a specific animal — a one-time purchase, cut to your spec.
One steer is divided into eight units. You claim one unit (an eighth), two (a quarter), four (a half) or all eight (the whole animal). We text you to build a cut sheet with our butcher, harvest the animal at a USDA-inspected facility, dry-age and vacuum-seal it, then hand it over frozen.

What you'll pay and what's included.
One flat price. No processing fees added later. No subscription. No recurring charge.
Flat, all-in pricing
The price you see covers the steer share, processing, dry-aging, cut-and-wrap, vacuum-sealing, and packaging. There are no hidden per-pound processing fees.
Pay over time
Affirm and Klarna are available at checkout. Split a quarter, half, or whole steer into monthly payments so a freezer full of beef fits your budget.
Savings ladder
The larger the share, the better the per-pound value. A whole steer saves $500 versus buying two halves; a half saves $250 versus two quarters; a quarter saves $250 versus two eighths.
The Long Road Guarantee
If the first cut you cook isn't the best beef you've had, tell us and we'll make it right. We stand behind every steer that leaves the ranch.
Why claim a share instead of buying cuts?
Better price per pound
Whole steer shares work out to about $15/lb — well below grocery-counter Wagyu that often runs $22+/lb.
You know your animal
Each steer is named and tracked. The beef in your freezer came from one specific animal raised on our ranch.
Whole-animal eating
Steaks, roasts, ground, brisket, bones, and tallow — shares teach you to use every cut. Start with our recipes.
