A beef share is a claim on one specific steer, not a subscription box. Pick an open steer, claim an eighth, quarter, half or whole share, build your cut sheet with our butcher, then pick up in Georgetown or take hand-delivery in Greater Austin or Dallas-Fort Worth. Prices run $1,000 to $6,000, processing included.
