Method
- 1
Brown ground Wagyu in a dry skillet over medium-high. No oil — the fat renders fast. Break it into a fine crumble.
- 2
Once browned (about 6 minutes), drain off half the fat (save it — see our Wagyu tallow guide). Season with garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- 3
Add coconut aminos and sriracha, toss 60 seconds until glazed.
- 4
Build the bowl: rice on the bottom, beef on one side, broccoli on the other, soft-boiled egg on top.
- 5
Macros per bowl (4 servings): ~50g protein, 38g carbs, 22g fat. Hits weekly protein goals without supplements.

Meal-prep tip: cook 2 lbs at once on Sunday, store in 4 glass containers. Reheats perfectly Monday–Thursday.
