    Method

    1. 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line two sheet trays with parchment.

    2. 2

Mix everything in a big bowl with your hands. Don't overwork — fold just until combined.

    3. 3

Roll into ~1.5 oz balls (golf ball sized). You should get 32 meatballs.

    4. 4

Bake 14–16 minutes until 160°F internal. They'll be deeply browned from the rendered Wagyu fat.

    5. 5

Macros per 4-meatball serving: ~38g protein, 2g carbs, 24g fat. Eight servings per batch.

    6. 6

Freeze in zip bags. Reheat in marinara, on top of protein pasta, or eat cold straight from the fridge between meetings.

    Get this cut on repeat.

Every share includes steaks, ground, roasts and brisket or short ribs.
